Langue de chat
These long thin finger biscuits are of Dutch origin and make the connection with the cat tongue. We added to the recipe few ingredients to make them better than usual. Their simple presence makes you try them as they are or to eat them with jam or milk, to have a full snack. They are made of crunchy pastry, with butter flavor and baked until they become golden.
