Delicate with apricot paste
A well chosen dessert can always cheer up a monotonous meal and can bring comfort in a rough day. Because one of our passions is to obtain special tastes that remind us of homemade cakes, we created three layers of vanilla-flavored sponge, we soaked them and we added a layer of peanut butter and a layer of apricot paste, and at the end we dusted some powdered sugar. The result is a delicate dessert, with a rich taste, good for anyone who wishes a sweet break.
