Assorted rolls
The coffee taste and the refreshing lemon taste give the perfect combination on the same plate. This time we made a cake of three layers of lightly soaked cocoa sponge and two layers of instant coffee cream, then we glazed it with dark chocolate and we decorated it with roasted groundnuts. The second cake is a roll of soft sponge, with vanilla flavor, lemon cream and decorated with melted chocolate.
